We are a group of Christians who are so excited about what Jesus has done for us that we can't help sharing this message with you.
Be Ye Perfect — it's a hard standard to live up to. Some might say it's even impossible. But we know we are completely forgiven right now and worthy before God because of Jesus. We are already perfect in Christ. We know we will be welcomed into Heavenly Father's presence — for all eternity because when he looks at us, we are completely covered in Christ's robe of righteousness.
The perfect love of Christ shines brilliantly especially when we see how much we have fallen short — how much we have hurt him in our attempts to be like him. Yes, sin is not meeting Jesus’ standard of perfection, but only to emphasize our desperate need for him.
Out of our desperate need, we discover what Jesus has truly done for us — he rescued us from the serious consequences of our sins. He gave his Father perfect obedience — not to show us what we have to do — but because we could not meet his standard of obedience.
He has met the standard by being our substitute. And then he paid the great price for every last one of our sins. And now, Jesus assures us that we are fully reconciled to God! He has lived and died for us so that we can live with him forever. That’s Jesus’ promise to us!
This message of what Jesus has already done has filled us with great confidence and joy. This message can do the same for you. It can convince you that you are truly forgiven. Right now!
